1. Booking & Payment Methods

• Customers can complete their booking on the website or by visiting the company’s location.


Payment methods include:

• Point of Sale (POS) 

• Online Payment

• Payment in cash upon arrival at the venue

 


2. Refund Policy

• If payment is made using bank cards (MADA), payment links, or bank transfer, and the customer wishes to cancel the booking, the refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.


3. Data Protection

• The company is committed to not storing, selling, sharing, or renting any customer payment details or personal information to any third party.


4. Service Scope

• The company’s main headquarters is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• All services are currently offered exclusively within Saudi Arabia.
• Payments are accepted in the local currency (Saudi Riyal - SAR) via bank cards.


5. Disputes

• All disputes related to the provided services are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


6. Refund Requests

• Customers can submit a refund request by:
  • Completing the refund request form available on the website
• Requests will be processed within 1 to 7 business days.


7. Refund Policy for Bookings 

•If a reservation is made in advance through customer service (call center or WhatsApp) at 6Meem Entertainment, and payment has been completed, the amount paid is non-refundable in case of no-show or late arrival. However, the booking may be rescheduled once only, within a maximum period of one week from the payment date.

• If a customer makes a reservation through the website (online) or via customer service and completes the payment, and wishes to cancel the booking, they must contact customer service before the scheduled booking time (not after it has passed). A refund request can then be submitted through the website.

• If a customer makes a reservation (online or via customer service), completes the payment, and requests a reschedule which is approved, but then fails to attend the new scheduled time, they will not be eligible for a refund, and any refund request will not be accepted in this case.

• Customers may reschedule their private booking under the following conditions:
  • The booking can be modified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.


8. Private Booking Policy

• Private bookings cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
• Customers may reschedule their private booking under the following condition:
  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
