1. General Acknowledgment

This document outlining the rules, regulations, and Disclaimer must be read carefully and in full before registering and participating in the game.

• Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Acceptance is confirmed through registration, participation, and booking.

 

When players register on the website, they acknowledge the following:

• This game requires an appropriate level of physical and mental fitness.
• Safety rules will be clearly explained, and all participants must comply with them.
• The game may involve risks if safety rules are not followed.
• There is a possibility of injury to myself or others during gameplay.
• The game may include:
  • Movement in low-light areas
  • Bending due to low ceilings
  • Use of stairs and bridges between areas

2. Assumption of Responsibility

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Full compliance with all safety rules.
• I am physically and mentally fit and capable of handling exertion and pressure.
• I will follow all instructions and will not misuse equipment in a way that may harm others.

3. Liability Waiver

• In accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA):

If a MADA transaction is declined but the amount is deducted, the customer must contact their bank, and the merchant bears no responsibility.

• By agreeing to this document, I fully and permanently release 6Meem Entertainment Company from any claims or liabilities, whether made by me or on my behalf, including:
  • Property owners
  • All participants in the game

4. Rules & Regulations

4.1 Equipment & Arena

  1. I am fully responsible for maintaining the equipment and returning it after gameplay.
  2. Players must arrive 15 minutes prior to their session; late arrivals will result in deducted playtime.
  3. Damaging or vandalizing property is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
  4. Removing, adjusting, or turning off the headband is strictly prohibited; it must remain properly positioned on the forehead.
  5. If the headband or vest is turned off, the following actions will apply:
      • First warning
      • The player will be suspended and removed from participation, with the duration of the suspension to be determined by the responsible supervisor.
  6. The weapon belt must be worn correctly at all times.
  7. Weapon exchange between players is strictly prohibited. If this violation is confirmed, the player will be suspended and excluded from participation, with the duration of the suspension determined by the responsible supervisor.
  8. Removing the vest during gameplay is strictly prohibited. If this violation is confirmed, the player will be suspended and removed from the game, with the duration of the suspension determined by the responsible supervisor. 
  9. Removing or replacing magazines is strictly prohibited.
  10. Running excessively fast, climbing, crawling, or jumping is strictly prohibited.
  11. All players must respect each other and staff members.
  12. All players must follow staff instructions.
  13. Weapons must be pointed downward when exiting the arena.

4.2 Domination Devices System

• 1 device: up to 15 players
• 2 devices: 20–30 players
• 3 devices: 30–40 players

Entering the opposing team’s Safe House during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Domination Game Setup

Device placement based on the number of players:

• Ground corridors: up to 20 players
• Upper corridors: 30+ players
• Bank area: 30+ players
• Maze: 30+ players

4.4 Gameplay Rules

• Entry to the Control Room or Vesting Room is strictly prohibited.
• If a player withdraws, no other player may use their equipment.
• Violation will result in a SAR 100 fine and suspension.

4.5 Player Distribution

• Experienced players: randomly distributed based on score
• New players: distributed based on numbers (e.g., 2 vs 2)

4.6 Cheating Policy

• First offense: verbal warning
• Second offense: 1–2 minute suspension
• Third offense: suspension for one full round
• Fourth offense: removal without compensation

4.7 Compensation Policy

• Compensation is provided in case of equipment malfunction.
• Rescheduling is allowed within one week.
• Issue in Round 1: The player will be informed and given the option either to continue the game with compensation of an additional round, or to withdraw and exit the game and receive compensation for the full game.

• Issue in Round 2 or 3: compensation for one round only

4.8 Late Arrival & Entry Policy

• Vesting room doors will be closed once the session begins.
• Late players:
  • May join if possible
  • Or wait for the next round

4.9 Control Room

• Entry for players or visitors is strictly prohibited at all times.

4.10 Scopes Policy

• The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of players’ personal scopes.

4.11 Damage & Vandalism

• A fine ranging from SAR 500 to SAR 800 will be imposed depending on the severity of the damage.
• The player will be suspended from gameplay.

5. Final Acknowledgment

• By registering and booking, players acknowledge and accept these terms, and this acceptance applies to all future visits.
• Terms and conditions are subject to periodic updates on the official website.
